ProBroker A2A is headquartered in Abu Dhabi with active broker communities in Dubai, Sharjah, and RAK. Our platform supports RERA-compliant brokerage across all seven emirates.
Any licensed UAE real estate broker with a valid BRN (Broker Registration Number) from RERA. We verify every account before activation. Individual agents, team leaders, and agency admins can all join.
Yes. Client names and contact details are never shared with other agents. Co-broke conversations happen through our encrypted inbox. You retain full ownership of your client relationships.
You and the co-agent agree on any split (50/50 is default). A digital co-broke agreement is generated on platform. Both parties sign digitally, and the agreed terms are locked for the deal.
Yes — ProBroker A2A supports sale, rent, off-plan, and secondary market transactions across residential and commercial properties.
Solo accounts are free forever. Agency Pro (up to 10 seats) is AED 499/month. Enterprise pricing is available for larger brokerages and developer partners. No commission is charged on your deals.
Yes. Developers and their marketing teams can apply for a Developer account to upload off-plan inventory, manage allocations, and connect with licensed broker networks directly.
